WOMEN'S CARDIO KICKBOXING BOOTCAMP
Presented by Raz Chan Fitness and Mobile Personal Training

Put a bit of spring in your step with our popular Women’s Cardio Kickboxing Bootcamp class! Experience a total body workout with partner drills, core ab exercises, squats to tone the lower body, and more. LOCATIONS & SCHEDULE
All Bootcamps are 3x/week (12 sessions). Due to the format of our Bootcamp, we do not offer drop-in rates. Participants are required to come to class with handwraps and cardio boxing gloves.

*Note: All Saturday classes take place at 2875 St. Georges St. (near Fraser & Kingsway).
