Want a swimsuit-ready body by summer vacation? Experience our Women's Cardio Kickboxing Bootcamp and get a toned body in time for beach weather!

Join us three times a week for 4 weeks for our total body workout with boxing drills, core ab exercises, interval training, and more! Never the same workout twice with our programming and lots of variety to keep all fitness levels challenged.

Coast Guard Safety and Rescue Coordination Presentation

The Auxiliary Coast Guard presentation will highlight the role of the Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary in saving lives, property, and supporting the Coast Guard. The presentation will include a video of search and rescue techniques, a description of how to access SAR as a boater, and how rescue teams are dispatched. There will be an opportunity for questions and answers about the Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary and specifically Unit 10.
The Coast Guard presentation will be followed by Vancouver Life Raft who will present options for liferaft gear and provide advice on models and size. They will demonstrate a liferaft inflation and show us their products.
