CityFido 4 month checkup

I've had my CityFido plan for just over 4 months now.
I'm still really happy with it in terms of pricing and features (especially with my Sony Ericsson T616 phone).
About the only downside I have with it is the lack of service outside of core areas. That is, places like Bowen Island and the Sunshine Coast. Actually, the side of Bowen that is close to Snug Cove is pretty good for reception.
Maybe that's a good thing — means I really am disconnected when I go up Sechelt Inlet.
I also wish data was cheaper. $50 is steep for unlimited data, especially when there is free wifi in lots of places. But I don't think any of the other networks have better data plans.

The worst customer service i ever dealt with ,switched to Virgin mobile a month ago and i love it !!!
evertime i talk to somebody from Fido they give me a different story,BUNCH OF LIARS !!!!
We subscribed three Fido phones for our family average bill is $200 per/month. We located near Abutus & USB area. Last 8 months 1600 band is not working in that area because they shut down one of the tower. Fido made us jump all the hood & we did, example, need to replaced SIM, phone broken, need to pay $5 more for stronger signal, forward cell # to family line one we get home.we did all they want. Finally still NOT WORKING, We want to cancel them however; they want to $600 for cancelling the contract. Please the world take my bad experience, think really hard before signed contract with this giant company. thank you
