The Early Edition's Rick Cluff will host a panel of opponents and
supporters of the ward system. They'll debate the pros and cons of changing Vancouver's At-Large system for electing city councillors. This is your chance to quiz the political players from both sides before the plebiscite on electoral reform on October 16th.The event is free and open to the public, but you must register in
