Roland's Vancouver Morning Part 20 - Park 360 - What's a workstation?

Pick yours - Park 360 in Edmonds, Burnaby

If you check the fine print for this Park 360 advert, you'll see that you can get a 1 bedroom and a "workstation" condo for $189,900. What's a workstation? I bet it's space for a laptop, in other words a corner. Are we so starved for space and has property become so expensive (even in suburban Burnaby) that a workstation's a feature?
