Roland's Vancouver Morning Part 23 - Parking is $6.50 all day before 9:30

By world standards, parking in downtown Vancouver is cheap. $6.50 or less if you park before 9:30a.m. at this particular lot (south of Georgia on Seymour), before 8:30 at most lots. I don't like driving and therefore try to minimize it. I regard it as a necessary evil. I prefer the Skyte or public transit.
