Coopers Lookout is expensive - Roland's Vancouver Morning Part 69

Coopers Lookout Homes are not cheap

Location, location, location = expensive, expensive expensive. Is $300,000 to $700,000 too much for places that I am guessing are all less than 1200 square feet (not much info at the slick but basically u*eless official Coopers Lookout website, the unofficial Coopers Lookout web page from lestwaraog.com is much more useful but it doesn't have any square footage info or pricing info)? Is there a bubble?

Yes, by Canadian standards it is expensive but by world standards Canadian real estate is inexpensive. So I believe that there is a bubble in the city of Vancouver but prime locations like Yaletown will not be affected too much when the bubble bursts. What do you think?
