Pitman and Sprott Shaw ESL Students smoking outside - Roland's Vancouver Morning Part 71

Downtown (and especially the area around Seymour, Pender and Dunsmuir) is "ESL land". Lots of students learning English as a Second Language from schools like Pitman and Sprott-Shaw. And lots of them smoke for whatever reason.
...the males do, anyway. I see this outside my work often (Vancouver English Centre - an ESL school).
Every culture is different...

They should not be aloud to smoke in public areas, Sprott Shaw should do something about it if they care.
