The first new Spirit Bear of 2006! This one is called Vancoubear and has a lovely artists view of the city as the theme. I hope it doesn't suffer the same fate as Beach Bear. It staggers me that someone who is clearly an artist, i.e. grafitti would want to deface another work of Art. The poor Beach Bear didn't deserve it, although I know that the vandal who defaced it does! ...
