Renowned pianist and performer John Tilbury leads an ensemble that explores experimental notation and graphic scores, with a focus on Cornelius Cardew’s seminal composition, Treatise. An exploration of creative music-making. Musicians (and non-musicians alike) will participate in two days of workshops with Tilbury, leading to a final public performance of Cardew’s Treatise.
