Generation X- The Opera

A new work by Canadian composer and MFA candidate Michael Vincent.
Generation X- The Opera: a multimedia spoken word chamber opera based on the famed novel of the same title, written by Canadian author Douglas Coupland.
Generation X will include spoken word artist Brendan McLeod (reigning National Individual Champion at the Canadian SpokenWordlympics, awarded to the top SLAM poet in Canada.) Barbara Adler (three-time member of the acclaimed Vancouver SLAM team,) and RC Weslowski (famed Canadian spoken word extrodinare.) The music will be performed by one of Canada's leading new music groups Ensemble Symposium, and visual slides by Nariman Mousavi. Not to be missed!!!
