Mountain Highway Madness (Spring)

What?
- A mind-numbing running interval session on a fairly big mountain
- Officially held twice a year
- Wide dirt and gravel access road. No traffic. 15k per lap.
- Approximately 1 kilometer (3,300') of elevation change per lap
When and Where?
- Sunday 19 March 2006 (3rd Sunday in March)
- Start: 07:30am
- Start / finish at the water fountain just beyond the pavement at the top of Mountain Highway in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
How Much?
- Free for Club Fat Ass members ($50 for annual membership, $20 one-day membership online, $25 morning of the event)
- Please sign up for both, the club membership and this free event online and in advance. This will allow us to keep the membership fees low and the logistics before the event to a minimum.
