Podcasting on CityTV Breakfast Television

This morning at 7:50a.m. Pacific, I was on CityTV Vancouver'Breakfast Television for about 5 minutes. I spoke with Simi Sara, the host, on how easy it is to podcast and I demoed Odeo (which works through a web browser like Internet Explorer; here's the 7 second podcast Simi and I recorded on the Breakfast Television). All you need is a computer with a microphone, an internet connection and Odeo (free, unlimited 3 minute podcasts!), a story, something to say or a cool sound. What I didn't get a chance to say was: play around with Odeo and then when you get serious, move up to a non free commercial provider like Audioblog (my friend Eric Rice's podcasting and videoblogging service) or libsyn (just to name two).

My husband and I moved into this residence, on Dec 21 2007. Explaining to the Landlord that my husbands work relies on the weather and to please bare with us in the next few months. We were late $100.00 last month where we were harressed day and night as far into 12:30 am phone calls demanding the rears. This month we were nly able to pay $550.00 towards Febuary rent we have been harrassed every other day, untill having to phone police after my husband was threatened by the landlord's son told that if he leaves the residence he will be waiting with friends ski masks waiting for my husbnd to assult him. This was on Febuary 10 my husbands Mother's Birthday. We proceeded to the housing tribunal on Febuary 11 My husband's Father Birtday to file for a court date, the court date is set for Febuary 29 2008. Now on Febuary 16 2008 my husband was assulted by the landlord's son and on of his thugs right in front of our kids he was kicked and punched as he tried to enter the residence he was followed inside by he landlord's son which in turn forced us to flee calling police s our children were also being attacked as the two thugs kicked and punched our van as we tried to get help from police. The first time we called the police the landlord's son stated he was threatened by my husband with a bat running around outside the residence, this never happened. Due to the renters are all standing in fear of the same, they are all lying for them. My children are terriffed after having to watch thier Dad being assulted right in front of them them watching this persons enter the residence and fear for the saftey of thier Dad and themselves all sense of protection from thier Parents gone. We have since calle the police twice due to the same individuals sitting parked outside our window still at 11:30 pm waiting for a call back from police. 1:35 am Febuary 17 2008 the police arrive again to find the truck still parked with no one inside. They prceeded to help my husband move our van after being told the landlord will tow it from the parking space. Now my husband and I hope t keep our kids safe and get out a.s.s.p. My husband is working todayafter going though this all night long. Please help us by helping someone else before this happens to them.

Hello Simi,
I delight in watching you helping Dave with his many mental health issues. I work part time so i miss some days and i get to watch the whole 4 hours on other days..( well the TV's on and I catch most of your Insanity between that bazzar, repetitive, news and weather stuff while I do my housecleaning) What i'd like to know is there a logic to when you're on??? Like are you always on at a certain time each hour???? Like,the news is ok Once or maybe even twice but...
yeah Ok I have some issues too!!
