When we moved to Vancouver we were looking forward to the cuisine of the Pacific North West. However, this still came as a surprise! It reminds me of a trip to Iceland where puffin and dolphin appeared on the menu. In Iceland it was for real, here in Vancouver I suspect not ? ! ...
