The following is an excerpt of my blog @ www.compulsivedesign.ca

Vancouver is just such a great city that it is hard to decide how to
focus on just one neighborhood. But that is what I have decided to do with the "ShareTime" video-blog feature. We will be focusing on what is new and cool, in developing vancouver area's. There is the Yaletown area which has probably doubled in the last 3 years alone. There is the Commercial Drive neighborhood, known for its organic produce, italian culture, and earthy feel. The list is almost endless and we are going to feature something special about all of them. It may take more than 1 v-blog edition to capture the essence of a neighborhood, but thats ok right? We have plenty of time, no rush.

You are attached to something special about your neighborhood, why don't you "share" with us? Let me know why your neighborhood is the best area in town, and I will take your recommendations and turn them into a special vancouver report.

On a related note, I have a special affinity for the Vancouver artist. Since I decided to take my love of images, and theatre, and turn it into a business (whether its editing footage in Final Cut Pro, or promoting my digital still photography) the hardest part, is inviting "others" to share your passion. Lets face it, the people who we want to share our passion with, are the select few who are willing
to pay us for what we do. How do we find those people? In fact there are entire industries that support artistic endeavors, how can we get enough exposure and reach the people that count? Well I want to help in any way I can.
