WITNESS NEEDED - Accident on Broadway on Friday, June 16, 2006 @ 10:55 pm - PLEASE HELP!

Hi all,
I am looking for anyone who may have witnessed an accident that occurred on Friday, June 16, 2006 at 10:55 pm at Broadway and Windsor (two blocks west of Clark) heading eastbound on Broadway.
The accident occurred between a 1994 dark green (looks black at night) Nissan Maxima and a 1993 red Nissan Sentra.
There were plenty of cars around, including one that was turning left on to Windsor, but none of them stopped to come forward as a witness. If you witnessed the accident, please contact me immediately! 604-312-9133
