Philosophy and observation

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful committed citizens can change the world. Indeed. It is the only thing that ever has.
This on the side of a restaurant on Main Street make me wonder whether the restaurant lives up to it's billing!
Philosophers can likely be found in restaurants,
but very seldom in the kitchens of them, I betcha.
Philosophy and hot stoves aren't a good combination.
Now, if that was a bar, I might think differently.
