Hey, I resent that: some people enjoy watching paint dry up! Actually, this is more interesting than paint drying, because in twenty years, people are going to look at this video and notice the changes. It may be mundane, but someone's got to document it, and if it's not me, then it's probably going to be Roland!

I thought your running commentary was a great way to pass the time watching the city go by on your commute, and it's made me thing that I should do the same. My former-bike-messenger antics might make for an even shakier, nausea-inducing experience though. I'm already trying to invent a decent makeshift handle-bar mount in my head...
