WOMEN'S CARDIO KICKBOXING BOOTCAMP
Presented by Raz Chan Fitness and Mobile Personal Training
Blast those winter blues! Look great for that winter holiday or those upcoming seasonal
parties by joining our Women's Cardio Kickboxing Bootcamp! Experience a total body class with partner drills, core ab exercises, lower body kicks, and more. Never the same workout twice and lots of variety to keep all fitness levels challenged.

LOCATIONS & SCHEDULE
All Bootcamps are 3x/week (12 sessions). Due to the format of our Bootcamp, we do not offer drop-in rates. Participants are required to come to class with handwraps and cardio boxing gloves.
*Note: All Saturday classes take place at 2875 St. Georges St. (near Fraser & Kingsway). No class on Monday, Nov. 12 due to Remembrance Day.

COST
Early bird registration – pay on or before Oct. 25/07 and pay only $105 (price includes
GST).
All registrations after Oct. 25/07 will be $164.
Class spot only reserved upon receipt of payment – first come, first serve.
