Submitting Images to Urban Vancouver

Roland I was wondering about submitting images. Are you using Image Magik plugin(?) for Drupal? I had it working before and I believe you had the option to resize the photos before submitting. I was just playing around and the photo I submitted is too big for my liking. It is resized to more manageable size when placed as a thumbnail in "My Image Gallery" at Urban Vancouver but not during the upload process.
