There was a time when having some bureaucrat tell me I had to butt out would have sent me into a long, passionate, and profane rant about my personal rights & freedoms, and the fact that it's my bod, etc., etc. - but not any more.

Why not? Because I finally got enough of coughing myself to death from smoking that pack a day, and I quit. Cold turkey.
That was September 7th, 2006. I don't want a medal, or anyone's admiration, because if I had any brains, I wouldn't have been smoking for about sixty years. I do want to offer some encouragement to those who want to or should quit, though. The good news is, you'll be surprised at how much easier it will be to breathe, how much less you cough, and
how much nicer it is to have your sense of taste & smell return to normal. And you'll feel a lot better, after the first few months of being smoke free. Please try it. As a bonus, you'll have about ten bucks a day extra to spend.
That can really add up, and you'll enjoy it, I promise.
