Websites for Real Estate searches

i have been looking for websites that i can do full advanced searches online for available listings in greater Vancouver and the lower mainland. i haven't had any luck with the typical ones. does anyone have any suggests?

Have you checked out the largest site for residential and commercial:
www.MLS.ca
Also thetrac.ca outlines new developments going up in Metro Van.
Another one you may not have thought of is craigslist.
