Do you want to get in shape and meet new singles at the same time? At Singles Bootcamp you get a chance to do that and a whole lot more. You will have the opportunity to take part in a one month Bootcamp that includes fitness and health assessments, interactive exercises, daily health tips, and one hell of a butt kicking!

Over a one month period you will participate in two sessions a week. The Bootcamp begins with a fitness assessment so that everyone has a starting point and is able to measure their improvement at the end.

The pre and post assessment consist of:

• A weigh-in and body fat assessment

• A cardiovascular endurance test

• A muscular endurance test

• A core stability test

Throughout the sessions your group will participate in interactive exercises. The exercises will range in difficulty to accommodate all participants at any fitness level. Every session will start with a warm up, then a cardio portion, followed by strength and core exercises. All flexibility segments will then follow in which you will be given stretching exercises to complete as your body cools down. Each class will finish with a post-workout snack and socializing.

During the final session, you will be re-tested to see how far you have come towards reaching your fitness goals. Once those fitness goals are achieved, and your confidence is through the roof, it is time to attend your complimentary speed dating event to show off the new you!

Singles Boot Camp Includes:

- 4 week bootcamp (8 sessions)

- 2 fitness assessments

- Snacks after every session

- A Free Speed Dating event once the bootcamp is
complete

Wow that is a great idea. At least you improve your chances of meeting someone that is in shape.

This is something that I'd definitely want more information about. It is really interesting to me and the idea of working in a group setting to improve fitness as well as meeting new people would be a lot of fun!

Gym, and exercise is important, but I know from years of experience that eating is the key to it all. I once knew a guy that did pushups and ate bread just to gain mass, it was very odd. Anyhow I am also into burst training a serious time saver with huge effects, just look up burst training

I am not sure about all of the high teck stuff, but I do know that 12 weeks on the treadmill helped me lose 28 pounds, and that is not too shabby as fas as I am concerned.
