The Commissionaires Marine Patrol Boat at Alcan Dragon Boat Festival

This is not the boat I took to take photos of two races, but it was the boat I thought we'd be taking. They didn't pick up the woman who was there waiting when I got there, and she had been waiting for 45 minutes. I called the number on the boat, but got an answering machine. She ended up leaving before the boat came to pick us up because her team's race had finished. (She got a media pass through her team as evidently she was designated the team photographer.) True story.
