Round One Game Four: Calgary Flame 4 Vancouver Canucks 0

Round One Game Four: Calgary Flame 4 Vancouver Canucks 0

By Richard Eriksson on April 13, 2004 - 9:26pm

The Flames came out hitting and storming the net and speeding down the wing. Iginla looked the best he's looked all series, and the Canucks powerplay barely even looked like one. Not only that but the Flames scored a short-handed goal. In short, the Flames looked a lot like the Canucks do on good nights.

Make that two empty net goals. Crawford pulled the goalie at least 4 times, and twice while on the powerplay. Kiprusoff made it look easy. The great thing about the playoffs is that the teams play again in a couple nights, so both team make adjustments. Linden was visible this time, but only on faceoffs.

It's a best of 3 now.
