Head back to fall with a new workout – join our Women’s Cardio Kickboxing Bootcamp!

We’re now accepting registrations for our October session. Experience a total body workout class, combining kickboxing, boxing, and cardio drills in a fun-filled, non-competitive and supportive environment. Suitable for all fitness levels. All Bootcamps are 60 minutes per session, 3x/week (12 sessions).
Due to the format of our Bootcamp, we do not offer drop-in rates.
Participants are required to come to class with handwraps and cardio boxing gloves.

Early bird registration – pay on or before Sept. 25/09 and pay only $105 (price includes GST).
All registrations after Sept. 25/09 will be $164.
Class spot only reserved upon receipt of payment – first come, first serve.

Select the time slot below most convenient for you. Note: no classes on October 10 and 12.

**All Saturday classes take place at 2875 St. George St. (near Fraser & Kingsway).**

Tues/Thurs – 6 pm to 7 pm + Saturday – 9:30 am to 10:30 am
Tues/Thurs – 7 pm to 8 pm + Saturday – 9:30 am to 10:30 am

VANCOUVER-WEST SIDE @ 4588 Clancy Loranger Way - select one time slot.

Mon/Wed/Fri - 5 pm to 6 pm
Class begins/ends: Oct. 2 - 30/09

Mon/Wed/Fri - 6 pm to 7 pm
Class begins/ends: Oct. 2 – 30/09

Mon/Wed – 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm + Saturday – 10:30 am to 11:30 am
Class begins/ends: Oct. 5 - Nov. 4/09
