Executive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu For Over 40
Presented by Raz Chan Ftiness & Mobile Personal Training
Raz Chan Fitness is pleased to announce their new program, Executive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) For Over 40. Many people consider BJJ to be a rough sport, catering primarily to young males. However, in the right environment, people 40 years and older can practice this cerebral martial art in their later years as a great form of exercise. Participants can expect a good cardio/conditioning workout, while also learning some of the technical aspects of BJJ. Class time is split between instructional guidance, with plenty of time left for rolling/sparring to apply what you’ve learned. Open to women and men.
All classes are held at 4588 Clancy Loranger Way, Vancouver (next to Nat Bailey Stadium).
4 sessions, beginning September 30/09
Wednesdays, 8 pm – 9:30 pm
$60 including GST
To register for the September session, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a registration form.
