We’re the original women’s cardio kickboxing bootcamp, and our popular class includes boxing technique, kickboxing drills, core cardio exercises to work out your abs, glutes and legs, and plenty of variety to keep each class interesting and fun. Since introducing our successful Bootcamp program five years ago, we’ve had the pleasure of training loyal clients, six days a week, every month. Our clients have dropped dress sizes, gained self-confidence, and felt more energetic and empowered. Suitable for all fitness levels.
