Pianist Cary Chow Releases New CD, Zirkus (Step Inside) - Concert at Vancouver East Cultural Centre

Vancouver, BC - The management of Vancouver classical pianist Cary Chow are pleased to announce the release of his long-awaited new CD, Zirkus (Step Inside), featuring two large-scale 19th century masterpieces: Carnaval Opus 9 and Kreisleriana Opus 16 by Robert Schumann, hosted by renowned conductor of the Victoria Pacific Opera Timothy Vernon.
The CD launch concert of Zirkus (Step Inside) will take place at the Vancouver East Cultural Centre (1895 Venables Street) on September 7th, 2007 at 7:30pm. The recital will feature Kreisleriana, as well as the Chaconne in D Minor by J.S. Bach (arranged by Brahms for left hand), the Ballade #1 by Frederic Chopin and Après une lecture du Dante by Franz Liszt. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the BC Music Therapy Association.
