The perfect choral Christmas treat, Star of Wonder encapsulates the beauty, joy and magic of the season. Artistic Director Erick Lichte has chosen a rich tapestry of music, from Renaissance motets and Russian choral works to folk music from Newfoundland and Argentina, and new arrangements of songs by Tori Amos and The Roches. We’ll even sing a little Barbershop harmony! Chor Leoni’s rich warm sound will be joined by organ, violin, percussion, guitar and you - as we invite you to sing along with the Lions to your favourite carols. Let Star of Wonder guide you into the upcoming festive season.

With spring come renewal and Rebirth, – and a perfect time to explore some of the greatest Classical literature written for men's choir as performed by Vancouver's renowned Chor Leoni Men's Choir. This concert focuses on works by composers including Brahms, Grieg, Debussy, Sandstrom, and Smith.

No concert featuring "Classical" male choir repertoire would be complete without the glorious works of Schubert, and Diane has chosen a set that showcases his genius and Chor Leoni's trademark lustrous sound for a not-to-be-missed concert!

Highlighting this evening is the world premiere of The Sex Lives of Vegetables, five songs for soprano, clarinet and piano by Leslie Uyeda, based on poetry by Lorna Crozier. This exceptional evening of song will also feature works by Francis Poulenc, Franz Lachner, Clifford Crawley, and many others.
