I haven't checked them all yet myself, but it sounds good.
Here's another link, which took a while to track down, because
the original no longer works, for some reason. But this little
program works, and is very handy, especially now that Vista is
using the PNG format for things like icons. This program converts
files ending .ico into .png files, and vice versa. Just drag and
drop into the two windows, and instantly convert one to the other.

A short note here: PNG files convert into icon files nicely,
but icon files don't convert to PNGs well at all. They lose a lot
in the translation, and look ragged around the edges. But if you
want to convert PNGs to Icons, this does it nicely.
Some of these PNGs were 600 pixels and up before conversion.
I had to change these examples back to JPEGs to show them.
