Step up and help out at the 2008 Bell Walk for Kids Help Phone on Sunday, May 4. Join the thousands of Canadians from more than 55 communities coast-to-coast, who will participate in the seventh annual Bell Walk for Kids Help Phone. Here in Vancouver, come out and walk with Steve Omischl, Canada’s Freestyle Skiing Champion and 2010 Winter Games hopeful.
This fun event is the largest fundraiser of the year for Kids Help Phone – Canada’s only free, 24 hour, anonymous and confidential phone and web counseling service for kids.
The 2008 Vancouver Bell Walk for Kids will be held at the Langara Family YMCA (Langara Golf Course Trail) – registration starts at 10:00 am.
Entertainment will be provided by The Dynamics, one of Vancouver’s favorite rock and soul reviews.
