On September 23, 2007, Glenn Wakefield left Victoria, BC aboard his Phil Rhodes designed Offshore 40' sailboat Kim Chow in an attempt at a single handed non-stop world circumnavigation west about, making him the first to attempt the uphill voyage from North America. Join Glenn and his wife Marylou as they recount the highlights of the journey that ended suddenly and dramatically 218 days later in the Southern Ocean off the coast of Argentina.
