Born in New Westminster a little over 60 years ago (oh no!!!). Have spent the time since productively learning and enjoying life (most of the time), and my wonderful family. Played a little pro hockey (not NHL though), was a personnel manager for a large corporation and since somewhere in my thirties have been self employed. There is more of course but that will come out in time as the blogs progress.
- Interests
Family, travel, fishing, reading, , almost any natural body of water, crosswords and the full enjoyment of life rank high on my list. Special interests include homeopathic medicine, hot yoga, nutrition, anti-aging and health and wellness in general. It is what I have learned in these areas that I intend to share through my blogs.
